Kuang-Tsung Chang is a professor at the Department of Soil and Water Conservation, National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan.  He received a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He teaches soil mechanics, hillslope engineering, and engineering geology and has broad research interests in geotechnical engineering, engineering geology, numerical modeling, soil and water conservation, and slope stability analysis.
