Maine Study Away Costs

Estimated Costs for 2025 Program:

Costs Paid to OSU:

  • $1855 - Program fee (covers tuition, lodging, transportation, group meals during program, and all entrance fees)
  • $150 - College of Forestry Admin Fee (non-refundable unless program is cancelled by OSU)
  • $50 - OSU GO Application Fee
  • $275 - OSU GO Admin Fee

Estimated Personal Expenses:

  • $160 - Meals not provided by program, recreation, personal expenses (phone/internet charges, toiletries, etc.)
  • $800 - Airfare (estimated)
  • varies - Optional: Cancellation for Any Reason (CFAR) Insurance
  • $3,240 (includes tuition credits) - Total estimated program cost

College of Forestry Students:

Domestic Experiential Learning Funds (ELF) are available for this program.
