Thomas DeLuca, Cheryl Ramberg Ford and Allyn C. Ford Dean of the College of Forestry, along with faculty and staff, invite you and your guests to join us in honoring the achievements of our graduating students at the:

FAQ

  • Each student can bring up to four guests plus themselves (total of 5).
  • Due to very limited parking, carpooling is required. We will have a limited amount of ADA-compliant parking, and a shuttle will offer rides to the venue after you have parked.
  • Please follow the directional signs and parking attendance once inside the arboretum. If you have accessibility concerns, please email Jessica!
  • Please follow the instructions of our parking attendants!
  • The event will be held outside in a tent. Please keep an eye on the weather and dress accordingly.
  • We will have physical tickets for the event. Pick up dates TBD. Please plan to check in at our welcome table when you arrive to the event.
  • Cap and gown are not required for this event, business casual attire is recommended.
  • Even though is a fun and casual event in the forest, please leave your pets at home!
  • The Peavy Arboretum is considered OSU property; therefore, smoking or vaping is not allowed at the event or on the grounds. This also greatly helps us reduce the risk of forest fires, so please let your guests know there will be no smoking allowed.
  • We will be serving heavy appetizers that will include vegan, gluten, and dairy-free options.
