No text book! Lecture notes for each day are available by clicking on the "Calendar" link to the left and then clicking on the appropriate lecture day. These class notes can be used on any quiz or test.
You must use your ONID account. It's how you log in to
the computers and it provides you access to e-mail. CoF professors
expect that they will be able to use e-mail as one way to reach
you. The University provides you with an ONID student account.
ONID stands for OSU Network ID and includes 2 GB of disk space for data,
and an e-mail account @onid.orst.edu with 200 MB of space. An ONID account is required for access to
the OSU_Secure wireless network, Blackboard, and numerous campus computing labs. You can activate your ONID account and
get other ONID related information at:
http://onid.oregonstate.edu.
If you attend the lectures but are having trouble with any of the topics, then you're welcome to one-on-one
assistance. I'm guaranteed to be around during my office hours listed above, but if that time doesn't work for you then contact me and we'll work out a day and time.
