About the Program

Plans are underway to develop an interdepartmental graduate degree program in Plant Genetics, Breeding and Physiology at OSU. This website is intended to provide current information and facilitate communication among faculty and students who have an interest in this initiative.

In 2004, graduate students in Current Topics in Plant Breeding (CSS/FS/HORT 630) developed an outline for this program as part of a class project. Their proposal and presentation form the foundation of ongoing efforts.
