Forest Management and Planning
Forest Planning and Management is a hallmark of expertise within the Department.
Faculty are actively engaged in research projects dealing with long-range
management of forest resources. Involvement ranges from simulation of stand
and forest development to analysis of various land management scenarios. Results
are conveyed to resource managers and policy makers alike.
