Payment Information
If you have chosen to pay by credit card, your card will be processed within one week of registering. If you plan to pay by check, please make checks payable to Oregon State University (Federal Tax ID: 481278540) and send to:

For payments being made by OUS index, the accountant for OSU Conference Services will process the payment and provide a record of the transaction for your information. If you have chosen to pay by Purchase Order, an invoice will be sent to you shortly.

Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellation requests need to be made in writing (via email or regular mail) on or before March 1. Cancellation requests made by that date are eligible for a full refund of the registration fees (minus a $100 administrative fee). Requests for refunds after the cancellation cut-off date will not be granted, however substitutions will be allowed.

Receipts
Original receipts will be distributed at the conference. If you need a receipt in advance of the conference for reimbursement purposes, please contact OSU Conference Services at 1-800-678-6311 to request a copy of your receipt.

Accommodations
A special discounted rate has been arranged with the Hilton Garden Inn - Corvallis at the rate of $89/night plus tax. Please make your reservation before March 1 to ensure the group discount. To make a reservation, please call 541-752-5000 and let them know you are with "Mountain Logging/Skyline Symposium" group.

Parking Information
Parking is located across the street from the CH2M HILL Alumni Center in the Reser Stadium parking lot or in the new parking structure to the north of the Alumni Center. Parking is $5 for the day. You may purchase your pass on the day of the conference from the pay station in either location. If you will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, you may park free in their lot.
